consulting play in the scope of our business?
Canvas Dreams is uniquely positioned between our customers and their Web sites.
It is our role to ensure that our customers' online presence is both supported
and protected. Through our ongoing interactions with our customers, we have
gained a lot of insight into how they conduct business, how they utilize their
Web infrastructure, and how they could better take advantage of technology
to facilitate business.
Our customers' ongoing feedback and requests for new services have helped
us understand what is currently lacking from the service lines we are providing
and which they are seeking. Common topics of these requests center on:
- Marketing, branding, and optimizing (Search Engine Optimization, or SEO)
for their Web site
- Making more effective use of their Web site, such as with blogging
- General business consulting and how to better run their business
- Lead generation and how to network better to land sales
- Greening their business, with a focus on efficiency
Drawing on our knowledge of IT and Web-based technologies, we have a good
understanding for how technology can be leveraged to achieve sustainability
in business. Our business is a living example of how IT can be used positively

We realized
the gap needed filling. Involving education and IT infrastructure, the
development of OFS presented itself as the best opportunity to answer our customers'
